How It Works

Initial Phone Call

The first step is to have a short chat on the phone to help understand your goals and for you to understand my process and what we can potentially achieve together.

Full Body Assessment

Next steps are to book in a full body assessment. The assessment can take anywhere from 45-90 minutes. I will look at all aspects of joint and postural positioning, core function, breathing mechanics and flexibility. I also take into account any past medical history and your personal goals. I combine information from the various institutes I have studied under to assess and design the best program for you.

Programming

Using the CHEK and FMA model, you can be assured that no stone will be left unturned, the assement protocol and exercise programs are extremely thorough. Once we have completed an assessment, I will take you through some homework, mobility and / or stability drills for you to start on straight away. I will then design a program tailored specifically for you, to achieve your goals.

Everybody is different, therefore each person needs a specific program designed for them. This is not a one size fits all approach, nor is it a “quick fix”. This approach essentially involves re-programming your movement patterns and nervous system so as to increase strength, limit your chances of re-injuring yourself and building a better, stronger you.
